Yes it's April, hopefully the time of soft skies
and fragrant blossoms,---and Pat Boone!
Do you remember him that clean-cut star
who at the time rivalled even Elvis?
His films may have been simplistic and
over- sentimental, but somehow I feel that
with the passing of that era, so too went some of the freshness,
the lightness and the sense of hope
that we long so much for today.
---Just my thoughts,---what do you think?
