JUST DRINKING IN THE PEACE.

We've had some really glorious Spring days here in Malta recently.

and after a dreary winter this seems to 'galvanise' people into activity.

Spring cleaning starts vigorously with some, others move themselves

 into a fitness programme and more and more joggers appear

 in their trendy gear.Others decide that for them it's a day out

in the sun, just drinking in the peace.

Suddenly the rocks below lose their barren look and are dotted

with people:- people wandering, people laughing,

people just lying there dreaming,delighting in this

simple momentof sunlight. Things seems to come alive again

and for now all is well with the world.

Seeing this I'm reminded once again that deep down it is simplicity

that we yearn for; -a simplicity born of those natural gifts

offered as refreshment and renewal, bringing with them a sense of true freedom

and peace.
