Simple and inspiring!-----The Native American Ten Commandments and Cherokee Prayer Blessing.

I find this video a lovely way to begin or end the day,
for me it has a soothing, healing quality  that I look on as
a moment of meditation.Put together by director Kalita in
honour of his ancestors  it is  gentle and moving ,
enhanced by the music, -May you walk in Sunshine  by Sacred Spirit.

It says so much that I am in tune with.----The simplicity,
the closeness to nature and the desire to work in harmony
with it observing a natural order and rhythm. The respect
for, and desire to care for life with an approach
                                                   that is positive
and unconditional in its love. A deep respect and reverence
for The Great Spirit who is the very source of all life with an
openness of heart, a thankfulness and deep belief in the
                                             sacredness of  Creation.

A desire to take only what is needed and share the rest,
so that all are provided for.

It all speaks to me of  Love in a spirituality that
goes  way beyond the confines of  dogma
to incorporate a cosmic sense of simplicity and truth
                                    that I find so  meaningful.
