Our good friends from Ireland-Cathy and Ruben spend quite a bit of time here in Malta and we so much enjoy their lively company and our shared interests.----A 'hot' topic is that of living simply and healthily  and we really do try to nurture that way of life. The bread here is nourishing and really scrumptious, -try some and I'm sure you'll agree!

'Bread deals with living things: with giving life, with growth, with the seed, the grain that nurtures. It's not coincidence that we say bread is the staff of life.'
